Shipping & Returns
- All orders placed on SavvyTravelers.com before 12PM PST will be processed within the same day.
- Orders placed after 12PM PST will be processed the following business day. Please allow 3-7 business days for your package to arrive for domestic orders.
- We do not ship any orders during weekends or U.S.A. National Holidays.
- We are not responsible for packages lost by carriers. Please make sure your address is correct and someone is available to sign for your package.
- Please allow 14-28 days from your purchase date for your package to arrive.
- The customer is responsible for all import duties in their country.
- Savvy Travelers will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.
All products are returnable within 30 days of your purchase provided that they are returned in new condition. If a product you receive from SavvyTravelers.com is damaged or defective please contact us toll-free at 1-844-54SAVVY (72889) Monday – Friday between 9AM – 5PM PST or by emailing us at Info@SavvyTravelers.com. If a return is needed and authorized by us, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to return the item (the customer is responsible for return shipping charge). All returns must be shipped back in unopened or unused condition and packaged with protective stuffing. Unauthorized returns will be discarded and credits will NOT be issued. We are not responsible for lost merchandise during return shipments. A customer representative will send you a replacement or refund your money. Please allow up to 30 business days for credit to be applied.
