How Do I Update My Account?

Once your Savvy Traveler account is tied to your Savvy Travelers Rewards account, you can update your personal information, at the same time, all in one place! 

To update your password, login, or email address:

  • Sign in to your SavvyTravelers.com account and select “Update Account Info” within the “My Account” tab.

To update the account with a new mailing address:

  • Sign in to your SavvyTravelers.com account and edit the current shipping address within the “Address Book”.

How do I create an online Rewards account?

To create a new account, click here and input your info into the “Create Account” section to generate a Savvy Travelers Reward account number. Once logged in you can continue shopping, view recent transactions, bonus offers and so much more.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

To opt out of email communications, log into your account and go to My Account. Click “Unsubscribe” in the Email Preferences section. Or, you can click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any Savvy Travelers email you receive. However, if you opt out, we can’t send you member-exclusive offers and events. If you miss our emails and offers, you can always go online and subscribe to them again.

How do I earn Savvy Travelers Reward points?

Make sure your Savvy Travelers Rewards member ID number is on your My Account page at SavvyTravelers.com. Then, make sure you’re logged in when you make a purchase, and your points will be added to your member account automatically when your items have left our warehouse.

How long are my Savvy Travelers points valid?

Points will expire at the end of one year after the date they were earned. Check your receipt, SavvyTravelers.com/rewards, or your monthly email statement for the next expiration date.

Points never expire while in Platinum status! There’s nothing like Platinum love.

Redeeming Savvy Travelers Reward Points

Make sure you are logged in and your account on your My Account page of SavvyTravelers.com.

When you finish adding all products to your cart, proceed to checkout and provide your shipping information.

When you get to the payment page, find the field at the bottom of the page where you can select how many points you want to redeem.

Make your selection and proceed through checkout. Shop. Earn. Redeem. Love. Love. Love.

What is the Birthday Bonus?

If you provide us with your birthday, you will receive 2X Bonus Points on all purchases in your birthday month. 

 Plus if you are signed up to receive Savvy Travelers emails, we will send you a coupon for a free pretty present just for you!  

Platinum members will receive an extra birthday gift in addition to these gifts. Now you can have your cake and bonus points too!

Where’s My Order?

Usually when there are glitches with an order, they’re easily resolved. Please re-check the billing address, credit card expiration date and security code. And then just make sure that the information you entered is the same as that on record with your bank.


Shipping Policies

FREE Shipping Promotions

Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our Standard Ground Shipping service only.

FREE or discounted shipping is available in the Continental U.S. only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and oversized packages.

Standard Ground Shipping

Our Standard Shipping combines the capabilities of UPS and USPS, delivering packages to you more efficiently. UPS will deliver your package to your local post office, where your postal carrier will make the final delivery to your door or mailbox.

This allows packages to arrive on Saturday as well as any other business day. Tracking is still available through UPS and will indicate the estimated delivery date. 

This shipping method is available for shipments to Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. 

This shipping method is the only shipping method available for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Orders containing only Savvy Travelers Gift Cards will be shipped via First Class U.S. Mail. The delivery of eGift Cards will be delivered via email to the eGift Card recipient.

Return Policy

Happy Returns

 Wrong product? Not feeling first class fabulous? We understand! That’s why returns are easy at Savvy Travelers. 

No need to have the original documented receipt, we’ll do all the heavy lifting here, when you make a return at Savvy Travelers online stores if you used your Savvy Travelers Rewards Membership number or purchased as a guest.

If you did not use your member number, original purchasing information may be required.

*Returns made after 60 days with member rewards number, will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit.

Can I cancel my Savvy Travelers order?

We’re unable to cancel or change an order once it’s placed on Savvy Travelers.com. But hang tight – you won’t have to hold onto something you don’t want. See our Return Policy.

Phone Orders

We do not accept phone orders at this time. To make a purchase with Savvy Travelers, please place an order online.

Where is my tracking number?

Savvy Travelers orders take a minimum of 2 business days to process within our warehouse. Hang tight, once the order ships an email with the tracking number will be sent.

Damaged or Missing Item

We would like to apologize if an order was not received complete or if an item was damaged in transit!
